The topic of adding a full time PK-6 principal was brought up at the negotiations committee meeting.  Superintendent Weber shared a job description for the position, notes about the position, and an array of the number of administrators at area schools.  He shared the job duties and teacher feedback that he had received.  Different alternative ideas were discussed such as having a half time teacher/half time principal or giving more job duties to teachers.  It was decided to table this until the next board meeting so more information can be gathered.

At 8:15 p.m., Burns moved to adjourn the meeting.  Seconded by Kuhlman.  RCV:  6-0.  Motion Carried.  The next regular meeting of the Board of Education will be held on Wednesday, December 13, at 7:00 p.m. in the high school library.
