Bulldogs Rally to Defeat Winside in Four Sets

The Creighton Bulldogs volleyball team battled back after a tough opening set to earn a 3-1 victory over Winside.

Winside came out strong in the first set, defeating Creighton 25-15. Instead of letting the early loss set the tone for the match, the Bulldogs regrouped and took control.

Creighton responded in the second set with a 25-17 victory to even the match at one set apiece. The Bulldogs carried that momentum into the third set, dominating 25-11 to take the lead.

Creighton finished the night strong in the fourth set. The Bulldogs continued to control the match and secured the victory with a 25-15 win.

After dropping the opening set, Creighton showed determination by winning three straight sets and turning the match around for an impressive victory over Winside. The lady bulldogs will be in action on Tuesday, Sept 1 at Verdigre starting at 5 pm.
