The Creighton Speech varsity and junior varsity teams competed at the Hartington-Newcastle speech meet on Saturday, January 27th. The OID consisting of Taylor Nilson, Brooke Fanta, Isaac Hoffman, Olivia Kuhlman, and Ben Johnson placed first in Honors Finals. Ian Crockett competed in JV for extemporaneous speaking, Deric Sayers in JV entertainment, and Payton Schroeder and Ben Johnson in varsity humorous prose. They all did very well for their first meet. Their next meet is Saturday, February 3rd at West Holt. We wish them the best of luck this speech season!
