CHS XC competes at Bloomfield/Lewis & Clark meet
On Friday, October 10, 2014 the CHS Cross Country team traveled to the Bloomfield golf course to participate in the Bloomfield and Lewis and Clark Conference meet. The meet was a double medal meet so the team had the opportunity to place in both divisions. Both members of the girls team brought home medals. Marissa Frank placed 11th in the Bloomfield invite and 6th in the Conference meet. Chasity Wilmes brought home 10th in the Conference meet. Garrison Hazen was the lone medaler for the boy's team. He placed 8th in the Bloomfield invite and 6th in the Conference meet. Also running for the boy's team were Joshua Borgmann, Connor Hazen, Tommy Vokner, Corbin Schollmeyer, and Dawson Sorensen. The junior high team also participated. Justin Rosas medaled in the boy's division and running in the girl's division were Sierra and Mckenna.
The Cross Country team travels to West Holt on Thursday for the District D-4 meet.
