Working...
It is with great honor that I have the opportunity to serve as the 4-12 Principal for Creighton Community School. Before becoming principal, I taught for 12 years, all at Creighton Community School. In addition to teaching assignments I have served as the head boys basketball coach, head jh boys basketball coach, and head track coach. I also served as a member of the school improvement steering committee.
I earned a Master's Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in mathematics education in 2009 and a master's degree in educational administration from the University of Nebraska-Kearney in December of 2014. I am currently endorsed in middle school mathematics, 7-12 science, and K-12 principalship.
I have been married for twelve years and have four sons. I grew up on a ranch in northcentral Nebraska in northern Keya Paha county. Growing up we had a cow/calf operation as well as some farming and a small dairy operation. It is great to work in an agriculturally based community that still demands family values, work ethic, and a quality education.
I believe my greatest accomplishments in life are in the relationships I have built. I value each of those relationships deeply but none deeper than those of my family, especially my wife and kids.
It is with great honor that I have the opportunity to work for Creighton Community School. My family is deeply appreciative of this community and the many people that welcomed us over a decade ago. I am privileged to serve the community of Creighton and the youth of our school.
