Parent Survey
Creighton Community has a longstanding tradition of AdvancEd accreditation. AdvancEd is now known as Cognia and is a higher level of accreditation than only state accreditation. Part of the accreditation process is collecting information from various groups. At this time we are asking for input from parents on the following survey.
