State Golf Tuesday/Wednesday in Kearney! Go Bulldogs! Last day of school is Tuesday, May 22nd!

Last Day of School at CHS

    Tuesday, May 22, is the last day of school for the CHS students! Students will report to their normal classes for 10 min each. After that, they will head to the cemetery and paint/sand the fences, as well as pick up trash on Main Street. The students will do these community services until it is lunchtime when they will come back to a sack lunch prepared with love by the cooks.     After lunch there will be a Kickball Tournament that will be grade vs. grade, and a team of teachers will also compete. Usually the Class of 2020 runs away with the Championship in these types . . .

Creighton Golf Team District Runner-Up

Monday, May 14, the Creighton Golf Team travelled to Norfolk Fair Play Golf Course and competed in Districts.  The team came home with a Runner-Up trophy.   Chase Largen won the tournament with a 71. Brady Brockhaus earned an eighth place medal, golfing a 78, followed by Conner Hammer with an 80 and Bryce Zimmerer and Braxton Brockhaus both finished at 84. State golf will be held in Kearney on Tuesday and Wednesday. Congratulations and best of luck at state!

Commencement Exercises for Class of 2018

On Saturday, May 12, 2018, Superintendent Thompson welcomed everyone to Commencement Exercises that were held at Creighton Public Schools.  During the ceremony, Brady Brockhaus delivered the Salutatorian Address, and Anna Morrill gave the Valedictorian Address.  A video presentation was given by Mrs. Borgmann, reflecting on the events of the year, The CPS Band played "Air for Band", directed by Mr. Stevens, and the Varsity Choir sang "We Can Dream", directed by Mrs. Van Metre.
