11-0 Bulldogs Demolish the Eagles

The Bulldogs came out planning to be the more physical football team, and they were.  “We pride ourselves in playing physical football,” Creighton Coach Zac Kliment said.  The Bulldogs' physicality allowed them to rock the Eagles by a score of 76-28.

“I'm very confident boys that we can run this team out of the building," said Coach Zac Kliment, and they did just that vs. the Eagles.

This big win earns the Bulldog team a state semifinal qualification vs. Exeter-Milligan Friend, on Monday night, at Creighton.

Running back Bryce Zimmerer is a load; he lead the team with 200 rushing yards on just 11 carries. He has 2203 rushing yards on the year, and 5100 career rushing yards, along with 42 TD's this year. "I give all the credit to my line," said Senior running back Bryce Zimmerer. The seniors on the line are JD Kuhlman, Travis Tyler, and Cameron Tyler.

Quarterback Brayden Zimmerer is a hog; he has 1207 rushing yards on the year, and is only a junior. How does Coach Kliment sleep at night knowing Bryce will be back in his potent offense next year?

We hope everyone can make it out to watch the Bulldogs on Monday!
