Everything I Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten

October 31, 2017

As adults we tend to complicate our lives, we worry about everything, try to rush from here to there and barley take the time to simply enjoy the beauty and majesty of the world around us.  But as children, life seemed so simple, we were amazed at everything! We loved to meet new people and had the utmost confidence in our abilities.  Oh, how we long for those days of simplicity, but if we just paused our hectic lives for just a moment we would realize, that life is much closer than we think.  "All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten" is the title of Creighton High School's One Act this year and it portrays just that; how our lives have become such a jumbled mess but if we refer back to what we learned as little ones in our kindergarten creed: to share, play fair, take a chance, and be aware of wonder, how much better off our lives would be! We walk through different situations and provide you with some serious questions to ponder but also lighthearted moments along with some good old fashioned humor.  It's sure to be a treat for everyone!

The cast and crew have been working hard to bring this tale to life and we look forward to presenting our show to our family, friends, and community.

Creighton gave their home performance on Friday, November 3. Conference play at Plainview on November 14th, CHS Play Invite on November 21st, District Play on November 28th at West Holt, and State Play will be December 7th in Norfolk.

Great job to the cast and crew!
