Creighton School District
Creighton School District will accept sealed bids for a partial reroofing project at Creighton Elementary School. Specifications and other documents may be obtained at the office of the business manager, 1609 Redick Ave, Creighton, NE 68729.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting to discuss the specifications and view the proposed project will be held January 22, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in the conference room at Creighton School. Bids will be received at the office of the business manager, 1609 Redick Ave, Creighton, NE 68729, until 1:00 p.m. on February 5, 2016, at which time they will be opened and read in the conference room at Creighton School. Bids will be presented to the school board for their consideration at their regular meeting on February 8, 2016.
Bids must be accompanied by a Cashier’s Check payable to Creighton School District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, or a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Bids shall be marked “Bid for Roof Replacement”.
Creighton School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
