Two students Participate In All-State Choir

Aaron Von Seggern and Whitney Zimmerer, seniors at CHS, will be in Lincoln next Wednesday through Friday to sing in the All-State Choir in Lincoln. Four choir students from CHS auditioned for All-State.

Aaron will be singing as a Tenor II and Whitney will be singing as a Soprano II. This is Aaron's third consecutive time qualifying for All-State and this is Whitney's first. Their final mass concert will be at the Lied Center in Lincoln.

Mrs. Van Metre said she is very proud of all the hard work her choir students that auditioned and she is looking forward to hearing Aaron and Whitney in the mass choir. Aaron said, ''It's a pretty neat experience to make it 3 times.''

Also in Lincoln, there will be a 75th anniversary choir in which Amanda Juracek of 4th grade, and Brittani Pospisil of 5th grade will be participating.
