CHS Baton Twirler

Creighton High School has their very own baton twirler, Alex Fuchtman.  I have been twirling since I was in the fifth grade; I'm currently a senior.  I started off just doing it in the summer but I quickly caught on and out grew my teacher, Penny Cassidy, and now I take lessons all year round.  When I was in the seventh grade I started going to Omaha on occasion to take lessons.  My freshman year of high school, I did duets with Whitney Fritz.  Now, I do solo routines with a single baton, double batons, single fire baton, double fire batons, and flag. I hope to do hoop and glow sticks later this year.
